Whether we are planning, actively working, or wrapping up a project, we make every effort to respect your time through clear, responsive communication.

We are grateful for the opportunity to work in your home. There may be times when you are away or even on vacation, and we never take lightly the trust you place in us to make the right decisions while work is underway. Our lines of communication will always remain open. If we see something, we say something. We welcome as much—or as little—input as you’d like to provide when it comes to decision-making and troubleshooting.

Finally, accountability. Webster’s Dictionary defines accountability as “an obligation or willingness to accept responsibility for one’s actions.” Simply put—positive or negative—we own it. If something isn’t right, we will make it right. No excuses. We get it done.
