About Us

Building a strong and organic relationship with our customers is our primary focus. This starts with communication, honesty, and accountability. 

So much more goes into a project than just showing up and swinging a hammer. We feel time is our most precious commodity. We all have busy schedules with work, kids, pets, grandkids, etc. Whether we're in the planning phase, underway, or wrapping up; we vow to give your time the utmost respect and consideration.  This is achieved through our efforts of being extremely fluid in our communication.

We are grateful for the opportunity to work with you. Often times, you may not be home or perhaps you went on vacation. We are honored that you have welcomed us into your home and that you trust us to make the right decisions while we work on your project. The lines of communication will always be open and you can rely on us to share any and all information with you whether you're home or not. If we see something, we say something; and welcome as much or as little input as you'd like to give with regards to decision-making and troubleshooting. 

Finally, accountability. The Webster Dictionary definition of accountability is "an obligation or willingness to accept responsibility or to account for one's actions".  Simply put, positive or negative--we own it. If something's not right we will remedy it. No excuses, guaranteed. We get it done. After all...we have a name to live up to.
